Arcadian Thames tour. The Thames was London’s great transport artery and this reach was known as arcadia, lined by beautiful villas with grounds and gardens sweeping down to the river. Experience London as never before.

Launch from the public hard by Hampton Ferry

Portage at Mosley lock and paddle under Hampton Court Bridge

View the historic Hampton Court from the river, enjoying this unique vista

Paddle through Kingston Riverside and under Kingston Bridge

Stop for a picnic or pub lunch at The Boaters Inn.

Paddle on down to Teddington Lock and onto the tidal reach of the Thames (tips will be timed so that we don’t have to paddle against the flow of the tide)

Pass the famous Eel Pie Island and glide between the gleaming white facade of Marble Hill House and the stately Ham House while enjoying sweeping views of Richmond Hill.

End the day with a well-earned ice cream at Richmond Riverside!
